Esta, as usual, this video is very enlightening. You touched on some of the issues I have been concerned about in adopting AI. Now, I think we actually have more opportunities to structure our systems, work flows, human and other resources first, before engaging AI fully. We also need to take into consideration cultural aspects and how that will influence or train AI models, resulting in new ways of thinking.

it makes me wonder if they're going to build new business analyst tools rooted in AI that will zoom past all the BA's that don't use it
