Depends on the stats and levels tbh, base Leila weapon vs base Theon weapon with 9 bow base = Theon weapon will be better, 4* Arya weapon on Arya vs Annie weapon with 5 bow base, i’d go Arya. So hard to say as a blanket rule really, I will say that they ‘fixed’ Arya in an update last year so she can no longer trigger multiple death markers in the same second from Leila reprocs so that hurts her weapon quite a lot
Now that Egbert has been awakened for quite some time, any comments on whether he would replace Kravas as the lone non-female in a female bow lineup for non-millionaires (e.g. Leila, Sansa, Melisandre, Sheila, Egbert)?
Nah Leila will still work, but only with the Female commanders of course. But Kravras is so good for Bows he's still worth it unless you have premium commanders (eg Cersei) to replace him.
It gets ran by people in UT who have mono spear refinement so want 3x spear lines, a few peeps in my alliance have been running it there but it's for sure not 'ideal'

Definitely not better than Kravras, would replace Sheila or Sansa if anything there
we can add kravras or passiv leila work if you have only 5 female?
