These are some awesome recipes! As a nutrition coach I know that people who start a plant based diet always struggle with what to eat. So, it's awesome that you posted this! I try to post recipes on my channel too but nothing like this!

Another simple trick for those who don't have a garlic press (and are ok with oil)... Throw an entire bulb in a food processor (after peeling skins of course) and pulse until finely diced. Then, transfer to small glass jar, cover with oil and store in the fridge. It's SO fast/easy to add to recipes or even garlic bread this way!

Thank you for all your videos. I contracted Alpha Gal disease and also have Lyme disease and trying to figure out how to eat mostly vegan without the contamination of meat or dairy. I stumbled over your videos and I’m so thankful I did.
My wife and I love our Air Fryer. Its nice cook with and not heat up the entire kitchen, especially when you live in a house that does not have central air (like we do) and summer time can be brutal with the heat and humidity/dew point index.
Ok.... I just need to tell you both that those pancakes were 💣!!!!!!! I didn’t add vanilla or blueberries. I did use unsweetened vanilla almond milk. SSSSSSOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!! I could really taste the buttermilk flavoring. Thank you!!!!! I love this channel. ❤️😍
As a college student that has had her airfryer from ebay for ~$40 for over three years, I would say definitely a good purchase. Especially for a new vegan or vegetable-eater.

I'm trying to be vegan but I'm living with parents and four of them eat meat and dairy in their diet. Me and my sister are trying to have a more healthy/plant-based diet and are trying no meat and dairy. I'm so glad that being vegan isn't as expensive as people have told me in the past, the ingredients and preparations were fairly simple to follow! You've earned yourself another subscriber! ♡

I love the better than bouillon!! We call it “devil seasoning” because it’s so easy to just cheat and add flavor to everything (and it’s super salty). Also we do have an air fryer. I like it because I live in a warm climate and it’s great to use in the summer. It doesn’t warm the whole house up. I use it a lot for baked potatoes.

That soup looks delicious. Actually all of the recipes look delicious, but I am a soupaholic. Thank you for always coming up with easy to follow recipes. Y’all inspired me to become vegan... i still struggle with things to cook so when I need inspiration or something yummy to cook I come straight to sweet simple vegan😊

What a great idea! The stir fry reminded me of a dish I get when we eat out at this chinese restaurant. It has tofu and veggies in a garlic sauce, it is just delicious. I have never seen Forager sour cream! I use their unflavored plain yogurt as sour cream all the time so this is very exciting!
Its very good! I love and use most of the Forager products! I also love their new protein yogurt! Can't wait till they make more flavors of that in the near future, too, tho!

I can’t wait to try the noddle stir fry. Still have not explored cooking with tofu . Only had it in restaurants and didn’t like it. So I’m on the fence but it looks good even without the tofu. Just an fyi. It’s a good idea to bloom you spices without water. So, add them a min or two after the onions and garlic. You will achieve a more flavorful dish. Can’t wait to try it looks good. That’s my favorite yogurt. Be careful with the vegan cheeses. Yesterday I made tacos and was looking for vegan cheese and it was so high and unhealthy oils I just opted out.

Just saw your video, did you know to clean your garlic press just remove the blue part on the press and it cleans the holes. Love your channel.

I skip the egg or replacer and it comes out well.Waffles work well without egg too. I am allergic to milk egg and soy. I am not vegan but my husband and I are eating way more meat free meals and smaller serving when we do.

Just found your channel. Is there a link to a video where you talk about how you got Chris to eat WFPB? My husband won't give up meat. He's so dramatic about it when I try to get him to eat more healthy. Just wondered about the back story - was Chris fully on board with it, or did you have to really work at getting him to eat healthy. Your foods look great. Thanks for sharing.
We were both vegan when we met! We both go through phases with eating more whole food plant based vs more junk food. It’s a balance!

Excellent recipes and tips for beginner vegans. The recipe's are also great for experienced vegans and those on a low income which I appreciate. Thanks for the recipe's and doing what you both do, keep doing it(with the exception of Chris smoking weed because I don't agree with using drugs that aren't prescribed by a Doctor or that aren't available in drugstore/pharmacy).
