Holy shit! How the hell did Dhalsim take so much life of the player like that?! I swear I hate cpu, all of the sudden the players big moves do almost no damage to the cpu. C'mon man!
Both this and Super Turbo in America had their difficulties ramped up just to make more money. Therefore, the CPU is able to read your inputs and do absurd damage.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure that the World Warrior/Normal versions of Balrog, Vega, Sagat, and M. Bison are unused. Like at some point you were supposed to be able to play as them but they were cut and left unused in the game’s data.
