Isn’t She Lovely...a song for his baby girl 🥰
"My Cherie Amour." by Stevie. One of his early classics.
Yes!
Absolutely
One of the very best!! Love that one!
Please
Flubbert, I was brand new to this great nation when My Cherie Amour would play. I had already learned English and I understood the lyrics of this song. That song transcends many years later.
There's a reason why Stevie Wonder is considered one of the greatest singer/songwriters of all time.
My dad used to call my mom and sing this song to her way back in the 80s. They are both gone now but this song brings back nice memories!
I read this and started crying. Wow.
Take care.
@@lorriehil4212 Thank you so much! My dad was a cool guy.
so sorry for your loss
JayveeTV Thank you ❤️
Rip to them
For Once In My Life worth a listen.
Linda Stevenson,
For Once In My Life, That's a much better song, luuurve that one, yes! 🙂
This is a masterpiece. I love how he says "No chocolate covered candy hearts to give away" to mean it's not Valentine's Day.
Listen to "Isnt She Lovely", a song he wrote to his just born baby girl.
Stevie wrote a WONDERFUL song about his daughters birth called, "Isn't She Lovely" Listen to it soon on a Motown Monday! lol!
Agree! A must!
DITTO. I can't think of a song he couldn't sing.
Forts 2O66, Isn't She Lovely, again, nice, but syrupy. I guess I just heard it tooo much! 🙂
Oh and My Cherie Amour!
We all called our loves and sang this song. The ‘80’s. Sigh! So sweet
1984. I was in 9th grade when this came out. Doesn't seem like it's been that long ago.
One of the best in the history of music. There will never be another Stevie Wonder. EVER!!!
When was the last time someone called you and just wanted to say I love you...A text just doesn't do the same .
Thing is, the younger generation just doesn't want to communicate that way. The last time I actually called someone they answered the phone with "what's wrong? "
@@carlaharrington5120 Oh I agree my sons just say text me mom.
Find "Fingertips". He was 12 years old and commanding the stage and playing his harmonica.
He was born to do it. Even as a child, he was just about better, then anyone else. And too remember, a lot of he big hits, were recorded while, he was still a lad, in his teens. Talent indeed.
Do, do, do...
Marvin Gaye on the drums, Fingertips , Mary had a Little Lamb like you never heard it.
Dale Baker Definitely. Stevie and Michael Jackson. Absolute child prodigies. 💖👍🌸
Such a beautiful beautiful song..what a talent ..I love Stevie
Some other Stevie Wonder songs are: I Was Made To Love Her; A Place In The Sun; For Once In My Life; Yester-Me, Yester-You, Yesterday; My Cherie Amour; Isn’t She Lovely; You Are The Sunshine Of My Life; Part-Time Lover; Sir Duke [Feel It All Over]; Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours; I Wish; All I Do; As; Lately; All In Love Is Fair
Just copy out this list exactly as it is, Jay, and start at the top. No kidding.
@@kathytoy5055 For sure this exact list! But please start with A Place in the Sun! LOL
And don’t forget Golden Lady and Ribbon in the Sky! Perfect!
All in Love is Fair and Ribbon in the Sky are two of his most beautiful songs.
Deffo
What a talent Stevie has. I mean that voice is strong & smooth if that makes any sense Lol! ❤
To me Overjoyed was the best song I've ever heard from Stevie Wonder
Yes it's a beautiful song
Along with Isn't She Lovely. Being a parent is everything to him. So sad he'll never see all those indescribable baby faces they make. I'm extra grateful for my sight when I listen to those songs. 💌
Good one. Also Ribbon in the Sky.
I don't think I know that one 🤔
@@yvetteadshead4212 give it a shot. Beautiful song.
This was my dad's fave, he would play it til the record would wearout, awesome song from a Legend.

A blind man can see Stevie oozes talent!!
Horse Footrot 👍👍😂😂💖
His voice is so distinctive that I can always pick him out when he sings with other people. One of the best voices ever.
This is one of “our” songs for me and my husband. Love Stevie!
In this current climate, I believe his song Loves in need of Love would definitely be fitting.
STEVIE sings "Lean on me"
When inducting BILL WITHERS into the R&R hall of fame. It is priceless with Bill right there, without the strength to do it, Stevie sings " Lean on me, when your not strong". A peak of civilization.
Simcha Baruch Is that the one with John Legend? Gorgeous! Vale beautiful Mr Withers. I loved him so much. 💖👍💔
@@turdferguson400 yes
I love that song. I'll have to check it out. Thanks
A real Stevie Wonder gem to check out is "As"... it's astounding!
The man can sing. He is just one ☝️ of many great singers in the decade of the seventies. The Greatest decade of music ever.
Every Stevie song is an experience. Still requesting I WISH
You're spoiling us Jovaughn, so many songs to choose, where do we begin, you're a star 🌟, thank you kindly
I love him! Great song... ❤❤
This was ( still is) a great song ❤️
This was my parent's song when they were dating in the 80s, my mom was working as a nurse and she was staying at a dorm and he'd call her every day.
This song is lyrical genius!!!! He goes through the entire calendar of holidays before he points out....I DO NOT NEED A REASON!
So many good songs! Stevie Wonder is a musical genious!!
Stevie's signature tone in all his music is sunshine, warm summer wind. He is a miracle
"Knocks Me Off My Feet", "Higher Ground" "Sir Duke" and one of my favorites... "A Place In The Sun"......Stevie has more soul in his voice than any other. Who is a better singer?
"Heaven Is Ten Zillion Light Years Away" is a masterpiece, blows my mind.
My favorite Stevie Wonder songs and one of my favorite songs ever. Thanks for doing this reaction.😁😁😁
Everything Stevie touches turns to gold!
'Lately' is one of the best to show his beautiful voice!
No mumbled lyrics I’ve loved Stevie from the 60s , beautiful
"As" and "Lately" are also beautiful Stevie songs. He also wrote "Tell Me Something Good," by Rufus and Chaka Khan -- great funky song.
I don't think ANYBODY has done a reaction to Tell Me Something Good yet. Stevie is kind of under-represented, I guess. Huge musical influence though.
Ohh, "Lately", love it, and have not heard it for yonks...
nice !!!! Ebony and Ivory , Paul mccartney and Stevie Wonder . Beautiful
Stevie Wonder is perfection in music nobody like him ever👍👍👍
The great Stevie Wonder👏👍
This song was featured in the movie THE WOMAN IN RED with the very funny Gene Wilder and the very beautiful Kelly LeBrock. Comedy from 1984, but maybe you saw it on tv. Great song from Stevie. Terrific choices for Motown Monday 👍👍👍
I remember when Stevie Wonder was first introduced to the public back in 1963, he was called "The Boy Genius". Though he's not a boy, he most certainly is a musical genius. He recorded an album in the 1970's called "Songs in the Key of Life". Do yourself a favor and get a copy. It is absolutely, positively perfect. Elton John was so impressed with it, he took a copy with him on tour. Incredible!
One of my favorite albums
You watched a live performance, which was the PERFECT choice for Stevie! He just livesssss in the song and he's a sunny day personified. We all grew up thinking he was just the coolest. It's awesome to see someone young being drawn in like we all were!
Your reaction to hearing these songs makes me happy!
Overjoyed is another great song by Stevie. One of my favorites artists.
Isn't she Lovely, one of Stevie's best songs... I still love this man after all of these years.. what a talent! 😊😊😊
Stevie Wonder is the GOAT!! Please do “Heaven Help Us All” and “Heaven Is 10 Zillion Light Years Away”!! Also “Never Had a Dream Come True,” “Joy (Takes Over Me),” “Smile Please,” “You Haven’t Done Nothing,” and “For Once in My Life”!
I've loved his singing since the 60s. So many wonderful songs and singing.
I Just Called To Say I Love You is quite literally a perfect song.
Stevey wonder is just amazing 😍
Today's generation,..I just texted, to say I love you...I'm in my 60's, I want to hear it. 😊

You have to react to Stevie Wonder's "Ribbon in the Sky".
The man is a phenomenon.
He started out so young and not only blew us away with his recordings and live performances.
He also wrote , and produced
music for many other artists.
He is a genius. He uses his talent to the full and more.
the first song i leaned to play on my own when my parents finally bought me a keyboard at age 11. 🥰
He used to Be called Little Stevie Wonder when he started out as a child singer
Friday night, Stevie Wonder did a live performance for a charity to support our Oakland, CA school's music education - He was still AMAZING!

Such a wonderful singer.
Fantastic singer/songwriter who wrote so many hits, you can’t count them. Overcame blindness and took the music world by storm. His songs have been covered by so many great artists.
Stevie is awesome 👍✌️♥️
Isn't she lovely is a good one
This was the very first Stevie song I heard back when I was a kid in the 80's. Love it.
My favorite artist of all time
Love this song ❤️😍😍
That was such of a BIG hit!!!
Yeah. I was only about eight years old, but my recollection is that this was a huge song at the time.
This is so iconic.
The first song I remember hearing as a child, and the first song I ever sang!
Golden Lady really highlights his range... he has so so many gems
"For once in my life" is another great song from him
This is going to be a little long.
In 1975 Paul Simon won the Grammy Award for his album
"Still Crazy After All These Years". His acceptance speech went as
follows:
"Well, I'm very happy to win this. I want to thank Phil
Ramone, who co-produced this with me. And Phoebe Snow who sang along with me on
the album. And Art Garfunkel who sang with me on "My Little Town."
And most of all I'd like to thank Stevie Wonder, who didn't make an album this
year.
You see, Simon had won the 1970 Grammy for the album Bridge
Over Troubled Water. Then in 1973 Stevie won for Innervisions, the album that “Superstition”
came from. In 1974 he repeated his victory with the album Fulfillingness’ First
Finale. Then came Simon's 1975 win which
accounts for his thanking Stevie for not releasing an album that year. And, to
be sure, that was followed by Stevie winning again in 1976 for Songs In The Key
of Life.
Stevie Wonder is THE musical genius of our (Boomer)
generation.
So lovely that this beautiful song was for Stevie's baby daughter (at the time!). xx
I feel his ultimate passion and soul
So beautiful, the man is a poet.
this was my first favorite song ever, I was 6 when this came out. "I just called to say I love you" is basically the first english words I ever learned 😊♥️
