It's nice when People appreciate my truthfulness. I've been going through a lot lately. And people who watch my videos all the time can see that i've changed the way I do everything. Recent events have affected my life more than people will ever know..
Just hauled in a load of tin today, 4,200lbs. Also some #1 copper, Insulated wire, acrs, al rads and al and left with $510. Not a bad day for random crap I had laying around. Keeping good stuff for winter time
@DavidKroeger-tf5oe nope, that is not required in the state of pennsylvania... you can basically take in anything you want, except for burned copper wire. It is illegal to sell it in pennsylvania. Some yards do take it though..
Before i had my career job and unemployment i would street scrap. Now I do both my career job and scrap metal. Scrapping metal part time or full time is profitable but like you said you need to know what your doing
@rem10921 Exactly. People think they're just going to drive around and get a whole bunch of good stuff, sometimes that doesn't happen.. I have so many people that call me. I can't even answer them back. Plus my normal businesses that have scrap every other day. I'm currently bringing in Over a 100000 pounds a month or more.
I do the same thing--street scrap on two different garbage nights--I am still trying to look for a place to work for the winter, but I am not having much luck
Oh I do I claim everything I make. The thing is, there's when you buy a new truck. You can claim that is a business expense.. Same thing with fuel maintenance insurance cell phone Internet bill Any money that I spend That is, for the business
I 2as on the street at one point in my life scraping 0on a bicycle with a kid trailer on the back. Now, I have a few rides to work out of . Never once did I complain about the situation or myself, and there were times when I didn't eat a thing for a day or 2 . Complaining just makes a person feel . These videos are all taking and not showing about scraping. Losing interest in the channel.
@IseeMillions49 I've been to busy to film. Scrapping is a very labor-intensive job. And i'm sorry if I don't have time to film everything well while I do it.. I've been by myself lately the past two weeks.. I'm not gonna make excuses if you're losing interest 🤷

I crush my scrap with a backhoe and pack it down in my dump trailer
@@morganruest1803 the only problem with that is, if you smash it in there too hard, it might not dump out easy, but you will get a lot more in
