Noel, it depends to where you are traveling. If to USA, it is no more than 1 day prior to departure. I am unclear as to whether it is American AIlines or medicspot who operates the "tool" , but it seems best to try that. Cheers and safe travels.

Does American Airlines accept other tests that are video proctored before boarding a flight to the U.S. or just the ones that are mentioned on the aa website (Qured, EMed, Optum)?
