With a decent referee, this game would be fastly over. You cannot hold the ball like that. It completely distorts the game, make it fucking easy. The attackers probably feel amazing because everything is set up for them to crush the ball but with a decent block and especially a passer who plays normally, I think they would quickly realize that they are not so crazy...
