i never owned a 3d printer and i never saw one but i still watch this guy
Just buy one
@@Nathan69 idk if i will get scammed for the price tho
Super helpful for organizing small stuff. Keep up the good work!!
Waiting to see someone try vacuum formed storage bins.
Bro gotta increase his printing speeds, default is too slow for the universe, increase them printing speeds and pump us more videos to binge watch.
Also love them trousers you printed in this video, they will be filled.
I often think about building a project like this and wonder if my laser is a better option since the printer is just printing flat surfaces which I have in spades that the laser can cut easily (3mm MDF). I feel like printing these is so wasteful and get caught in design hell trying to combine the 3d printed parts with the laser cut parts to use both tools to their maximum capability.
I would use the laser 😉
Splints in English are called Cotter Pins :)
split pins or cotter pins are what we call those
Thanks for sharing this. Great!
I keep bolts in jars
great video!
Some of the best pronunciation of Drawers ever. Take it slow you're doing well! Also, maybe a french cleat design on the back.
Very good 👏
Awesome 😁👍
What you called splints are called split pins in English, I keep meaning to make some storage draws but seem to always procrastinate, I would have to divide some of the draws as I don't carry as much stock as yourself
cotter pins in Canada and US.
This is perfect. I just put together my new Ender 5 Plus, finished a few tiny test prints and was looking for a couple medium size prints to do before going big.
Just how free is 'Free', if you are forced into join yet another organization? Something is either free or not free. Once strings are attached.... it becomes not free, IMO.
Yes let us waste more electric power... better buy
Good
this case not economic plastic! Needs modular walls. fastening each wall separately.
Just pronounce it "Droors" like most of the lazy english these days. Good modular design!! Now all ya need is a label maker!!
was waiting to see when the labels are added ... no labels ... ouch
It would be cool to make a version that has print-in-place drawer extension slides so the drawer can slide out all the way and not fall out.
I like that you can take it out and bring it with you to the work space. I’d have a system like this at the back of my work table next to the wall. It may not be too efficient to rummage through all the way back there.
The Metal pins are called "Split pins". Real handy print my friend.
Where do you buy all your parts? (Bolts, nuts etc)
You shouldn't organize stuff. You're the messy kind of type, in the best way possible!
Nothing is labeled and so much stuff is thrown together, i think it still counts as unorganized ;P
Ma mõtlesin, et kuidagi tuttav aktsent, ei ole nagu soome ega läti või leedugi, siis vaatasin kanalile 😆
useful prints earned a sub. ty
👍🖖
coopis kaasaskatav kaanega kast pudipadi jaoks 24€
To be honest, sometimes it makes much more sense to buy the stuff.
Exactly... 3d printing is very expensive
@@MiguelHernandez-zv8ne no it's not that expensive at all
Great! How long did it take to print?
Make a rotory water pump if you can
yes bro it was very good
Great project. How many filament used to this project?😍
Thanks :) I think I used a bit less then 2kg.
@@LetsPrintYT thanks bro for reply. :-)
more expensive 🤔😒😪
I'll end up opening everyone of them to find what I'm looking for!
Labeling is critical when the drawer is not see through.
Also, why are the cabinets so beefy? Way too over designed which means more plastic than needed.
You have access to free 3D filaments, the rest of us peasants have to pay for ours!
First, i think
It would be really interesting to know how much you've spent on the materials to print this
In this case its not economical to print stuff like this. If you have a lot of old spools that you wont use anymore then its ok but other than that stuff like boxes are so available that its nearly all the time cheaper to buy one. I dont want to annoy "Lets print" but printing boxes is literally the worst thing to do with a 3D printer :D it takes too much time and bought ones are stronger and cheaper. But who cares :) its a nice project to print tool boxes to yout liking
@@chemistt I agree that it’s not economical, but with 3D printing a specific design, you get EXACTLY what you want with no compromise. I can’t tell you how many things I’ve just not done because I didn’t want to compromise and get a product that didn’t meet all of my needs. My printer is mostly only used to print custom stuff that I can’t buy elsewhere. I don’t print things I could buy easily.
@@The.Talent yep, that is true. But in this specific case the market is too saturated with toolboxes or any boxes. Also I see it as a bad time investment. I dont care to much about printing costs - but I do care about printer time. I only want one printer and I cant even imagine to kill it with printing something for more than 10 hours. Thats why I dont like the idea to print boxes that much.
@@chemisttwe all place different values on things. Some people may have more value in perfect storage than high printer output.
My little printer runs about once a week u less I have a big project on. My components, however, are rummaged through on an almost daily basis. If I can make that process more efficient, im all in.
And how much that costed you a 3000$ 3d printer 30$ of filament and 350watts of power for days is it really worth it or burying one off the shelf hmmm lol.
