OMG !!!! I pray we get half of the guys they talked about. We have suffered so long and hard waiting for A QB. Not had a real quarterback since Nick Marshall. Thats a decade yall!!!!
Not sure Nick Marshall even qualifies as that. He fit the system. Gus found lightning in a bottle. He ended up playing DB in Canada. Jarrett Stidham got drafted to play QB. Bo Nix is likely gonna get drafted to play QB.
@@pickesc Bo was epic . But at Oregon. Stidham was okay but didn't lead us to a title. You are right about NM as a QB for a system not as an elite QB as such. Auburn if you really think about it has not had that many great QB s. We had Pat Sullivan , Stan White , Reggie Slack Jason Campbell, Brandon Cox . Then Cam. Not much else in between.
@@pickescBo and Stidham were choke artists. Like the poster said, Marshall was the last winner at qb Auburn has had. If Nick had the defense Bo and Stidham had while at Auburn, he would’ve easily won a championship.
@@lemoriesnalls2894 Marshall only led Auburn to 8 wins in 2014. Stidham was a winner and had Kerryon Johnson not got run into the ground in 2017 Auburn could have played for another Natty and did play for an SEC championship. Lots of things factor into it. The point is they called Marshall the only "real" QB Auburn has had and he ended up playing DB at the next level. Hate on Stidham and Bo all ya want but they are actually are gonna be getting paid to play the position of QB in the NFL.

Juju is a fantasy USC got tons of money Hollywood commercials PR dept.last guy was making upwards of 10 mill with national commercials and tons of sponsorship.Let’s bring realistic projections please.I thought Auburn had chance at Lacey but Sark and Kiffin have good rep with QBs wan ting to play for them.We may have to go down to lower QB rated players and coach em up sorrund them with great players save some of that money you would of spent on a Juju.

Going all in for Julian Lewis can’t make walker white feel too good. It’s basically saying we don’t feel good about it it young QBs. I guess walker would transfer. I don’t think Hugh believes walker will be ready for quite a few years. Walker playing single A private Christian white boy football probably didn’t help him prepare for the sec.
So we're supposed to pass a recruiting cycle because we have a bell cow that should still be in High School and we should wait on him to develop because he might not like it?? Laughable.
WW knows the real world and he knows he's not being handed the job and that competition will be constant while he's at Auburn or any other big time SEC program.

@@autkI’m not sure what your saying but it would be pretty safe to say coach doesn’t feel great about white if he’s willing to spend a huge chunk of nil money on another qb. This is basically the nfl now. There’s only so much money to go around. If you heavily invest in a qb that leaves less room to invest in other positions. If he felt great about the young QBs why even poor any more money into that position?

I don't care who you bring in, you stack classes, that's how Saban did it, that's how Kirby's doing it...if you can't keep up you're out of the ballgame,
we aren't out of it, and Auburn University will ALWAYS be bigger than any one player or coach.
@@autkI would have completely agreed with you 5 years ago. We’re playing pro ball now. There’s only so much money. You wouldn’t have a pro team with a stud qb go out and draft a qb in the first round and waste a ton of money. You’re living in the pre nil days. There’s only so much money to go around and if you already have 2 freshman QBs that you feel really good about you wouldn’t go pour half your nil funds into another qb. By the way I’m not against going after Lewis. I hope we get him. I simply don’t think our coach feels great about our young QBs or we wouldn’t be willing to give away the kind of funds it’s going to take to get Lewis. No professional teams who are set at qb draft other QBs in the early rounds .

@@WBOMBS1232 Freeze has never been known for getting a guy who is already a high level prospect prior to getting to campus. What I'm saying is that he never got a 5 star guy like Juju... and he may not be able to get one. I hope he does... I love Auburn and want to see us get elite talent but I'll believe it when I see it also.
"Deborah" lost his OC and O line coach almost immediately after arriving in Turd Town, he had to promote from within, that offense isn't in the shape it was at Washington, and they didn't play Defense in the Slack 12 either...not giving flowers to that overrated clown, majority of his experience is counterfeit...and 2 years at Washington.
