Not sure how big your tablet is, but I think you should give yourself more room to draw bigger- especially on those figure drawings. Get rid of the boxes and do a new drawing on each layer maybe. More confident strokes! And don't forget to look at your reference for 80% of the time! Good work and keep going my friend :D
ill try that out thank you. i definitely need to spend more time looking at my references but then i panic cause its set to a 60-90 second timer and i start rushing
