Hi Lisa! So happy that you enjoyed this practice. We are actually not monetizing any ads right now but we will investigate if we have the option to choose when RUclips shows them (either start or end of video). I think this is RUclips's way of encouraging viewers to upgrade to their premium service. :)

Hi Kia, thank you for this set! I usually burp during the breathwork at min 15:00, which i believe is just a form of release? However, I also experience bloating ever since I do this Sadhana for a week. I wonder if it's common to experience it from the breathwork? I find it puzzling since we are exhaling out, not inhaling? I understand that some people say if we inhale too much air, it might cause bloat, but that's not what we're doing here. Any insights? Appreciate it. Thank you!
Hi there, I do not see how this kriya would cause bloating. If anything it should help. Perhaps shift the breath in the movement you are doing just before the 15 min mark - try the breath with the mouth closed rather than open - so through the nose rather than the mouth - in other words breath of fire!

Hi Jeff! Many of these kriyas have deep tradition and were not created by me. We can use kriyas as tools however they may best serve us in our evolution. 💓

Is there somewhere to see the chants written out? It was a bit hard to understand exactly how to say it even after listening to it a a few times.
