Hats off to Lego Land for having such respect for the original Cypress Gardens. No - this isn't the most exciting ride around - but it perfectly displays the Florida that a lot of tourists don't get to see. Instead of bull dozing the original boatride through the gardens, they have given them a slight overlay that makes everyone happy. The purists love that the grounds are still being preserved, but it still fits into the Lego Land vibe. I just wish they would replant some of the flowers on the hill with the gazebo. That used to be so beautiful.
Well said! It’s very meaningful that they brought back the boat ride from so many years ago. It’s still beautiful but with those flowers going up to the gazebo it was absolutely gorgeous. Maybe they will start adding some more flowers soon. 🌸
Really well said. I always love seeing new rides at parks, but I also have a lot of attachment to Cypress Gardens, so this is an absolute win.
The ride itself calls to mind quite a few other experiences & tales (not always as the more engaging counterpart) but fully appreciate the videos the channel puts out!
PIRATE RIVER QUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh I was just here in November. Sad I missed this! Seems like maybe not the greatest, but still would have been fun. The natural foilage is very pretty, but it just seems like there is not a lot to happening, especially for such a long ride. Seems like a really hard sell during the hotter times of year.
AHOY THERE!
My family enjoyed an Annual Passholder Preview and LOVED IT!
Thank you!
best part was the open water at the end - the rest was yawn....
Good, but i still feel like they should have put a roof over the boat
While I understand why it wasn't included in Redbeard's narration, and seeing him (at 19:30) in front of the potted plants hiding it from view, I'd love to see a video about the Florida Pool and the corresponding Esther Williams movie story that goes with it.
We've been Annual Passholders for seven years and always love wandering over to the pool. We also watched the movie online after discovering it was still available.

I don't like, that the figures aren't built out of real Lego
It gives it a more larger than life feel to be honest and more realistic. Being made of real normal scale lego is like, less immersive imo
