This such a wonderful recipe. Cumin seeds are very intelligently used to infuses special aroma. Green chillies are added to introduce a spicy punch. Chicken is very slowly cooked in a jammy gravy. Adding little water in multiple time is the key. Since the chicken is slowly cooked in non watered jam it will be very soft and juicy. This is very delicious recipe, I have tried many times.
