To answer your questions, the general consensus from what I’ve seen from students of knowledge is that it’s not possible to become a scholar unless you study with the scholars and there are no scholars in the west. Hence, you must go overseas. I don’t if they’ll only teach the basics.
Alimiya course do not make you an alim. Every student there has the goal to be an alim, they are studying knowledge from students of knowledges, and this isn’t just basic knowledge, don’t demean knowledge.
@@acethegreat2946to be a scholar you generally have to studied from scholars, but this is not necessarily this case, the exceptions are very specific, but I only mention that to make clear it is like many other statements has tiny exception.
