    California Maki
    Ingredients
    📌Sushi rice:
    2 cups cooked Japanese rice
    5 tbsp mizkan vinegar
    3 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp iodized salt
    📌Filling:
    4pcs nori sheet
    1 pc ripe mango
    4 stick cucumber (long)
    4-6 pcs crab meat
    Procedure:
    📌Sushi rice
    1. In a small pot combine vinegar , sugar and salt stir well.
    2. Place the vinegar mixture to stove over low heat. Stir the vinegar until the sugar and salt are dissolve .
    3. Reserve 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar mixture to the hand and knife.
    4. Combine Japanese rice and Vinegar mixture mix well until incorporated.
    📌To assemble
    1. Place 1pc nori sheet on rolling mat. Lightly wet your hands, put sushi rice on top of nori sheet spread it out.
    2. Flip the nori sheet , arrange cucumber , mango and kani.
    3. Roll mat over the filling till end of roll.
    4. Use gentle pressure to firm and mold completed roll into shape (round or square).
    5. Place the sushi roll onto masago (red fish roe) . Roll until fully coated.
    6. Using sharp knife cut into equal size pieces. ( lightly wet the knife)
    7. Transfer to serving plate. Enjoy!
