Dry Run Protection Sensor for Water level controller Installation

Iotfiers Dry run protection sensor detects the incoming water in the pipeline and informs the water level controller when to turn on and off the pump. The sensor is made up of good quality Germany make PP magnetic float sensor for higher reliability. It is designed to be used with Iotfiers Aquafinder Automatic water level controller for Corporation Line motors. Maximum current rating is 5watt, 24Volt.

By the time water runs out, and the float switch cuts off, the water pump is already air locked!.. This should be on pump suction side.. Ideally a few cms below the check valve, with switch normally open

But the air pump out by the pump can still push the sensor up inside such a congested area where air flow has a limited space, it could be the same as trying to make sensor move by blowing up an air instead of a water. The water pump will act like an air compressor, that's all folks.

Thanks sir for your feedback. Yes we also have observed such case in one or two case where there is restriction to air flow or water stays back in pipeline. Otherwise as per our experience in 95% case it acts like a charm and as we use it with our controller we have some intelligent software that detects dry running and switches off motor

It Is not simple, 'NO' device how pump start to start pump add timer 3-5 minutes but there is another problem if water no come 3-5 in minutes again off
