Fair play to you mate, balancing out those shifts with your training and weight loss is great. Good discipline on the weight loss, thats the hardest imo, i've got 5kg to shed before Hale 10k.
You do well balancing family life with running and creating quality content. It's a juggle I relate too. Them early hours of the morning runs are summat else. So much so I've forgotten what normal people eat and how much. I cut down but then feel hungry so i binge eat . My work is odd hours as well I think I need to stop making excuses and just do the work and maybe leave the eftpos card at home so I don't buy food. I look forward to watching your progress. You just described my relationship with food and dieting, mate. I only ever do well at it, when i completely lay off any snack foods, if i try to balance it out and use the term "everything in moderation" i just find it so much harder. I'd much rather want something than have it 😆

Cheers mate, horrendous, really, 1600/1800 calories per day (with training as well) good food, pasta, chicken, tuna etc.. but keeping within the calories was tougher than the training, to be honest. I'm back on around 2100/2200 calories per day now, tho 👍🏻
Does the pro stay lit up in the dark? Or have you not had in the dark yet. The pace 3 is dark unless you turn your wrist in a certain way which is a pain when you wanna see your pace in the dark 😅
I went for a run at 4.50 a.m., and I'm pretty sure the light stayed on.. but now you have me questioning myself, haha 😄, it must of tho, because it would annoy me if it kept switching off, and i did check it alot and i can't remember it turning off once 👍🏻

I use the normal coros pace, really like the workout builder and creating full training plans on it 👍
The Coros is excellent isn't it? Yes I went with the HR strap as the only drawback is some dodgy readings when I don't wear it.
