Modern Warfare's single-player campaign will focus on realism and feature tactically-based moral choices whereupon the player is evaluated and assigned a score at the end of each level; players will have to quickly ascertain whether NPCs are a threat or not, such as a civilian woman who is believed to be reaching for a gun, but then simply grabs her baby from a crib. Character dialogue will differ depending on the choices the player makes in the game. Tactical decisions are also included, such as the player using a sniper rifle in a large environment to approach objectives in a non-linear order, and choosing to shoot out lights in favor of using night-vision goggles during breaching and clearing. Modern Warfare will be "heavy on troubling, realistic emotional moments", being compared to the thematic elements of the controversial "No Russian" mission from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The plot will feature a unified narrative across the campaign, co-op, and multiplayer modes.

Whoever is playing this is moving the character and aiming and shooting and observing the surroundings in a very cinematic way which makes it a really good video to watch.

Same here, The MW looks much more realistic than the original trilogy.
Also I like the new MW in comparison to the original COD 4 because the campaign doesn't rely on dated themes such as the Iraq War or Cold War era themes with Russian nukes and stuff

I like the dudes gameplay to go along with the video. It's actually NOT immersion breaking like some guys are with their spastic running and slide canceling. This dudes cutting pies and checking corners. Love it.

In 2007, Call of duty 4 : Modern warfare was the first CoD I've ever played. Now after seeing the series redone like this 12 years later really does put a smile on my face. What an amazing campaign and thanks Trevor for getting this out there as fast as you could, I appreciate it.

Even though it''s a game, I watched it as a movie. In this campaign, there are some scenes, which are definitely inspired by war movies, like 13:hours or Zero Dark Thirty. Beautiful graphics, well done.
I agree with you. Right now I cant afford a console or PC, so I search this up. I watch this as a movie too. For me, this is a masterpiece war movie.
Btw, I cant believe it. I'm really impressed with the way how America promotes the military academy. For example, they promote it with a game like COD. No wonder why America has the strongest military in the world!
In my country, Indonesia, it's really hard to join the military. Started from corruption, nepotism, etc. Short story, I have a friend want to join the military, after so many test in physical and psychological, he lost to a another competitor just because his father is one of the military general 😂

I like to watch this kind of walkthrough movies. But often I get annoyed by the gamer. This is the first time I see that the gamer knows what he / she is doing. Best walktrough in a long time.

Literally every other one either can't aim, spends too much time looking at NPC's to do the objective, or just straight up wastes ammo on a dead enemy.

The way war is portrayed in this game is truly horrifying but still 10/10 cod lol
They do awesome showing how terrifying and gruesome war is which is amazing, I have a book that does the same, MC a medic and the writer did well with what the situations felt like, the same after they got back home and with the trauma and flashbacks
Man, the sound design and overall sound mix is incredible! I'm so glad Infinity Ward decided to go back to their roots while trying to modernize the game at the same time!

Too many open combat missions 1 or 2 woulda been cool but a more structured story is always how these games shine. Story wise it was interesting but the way it played out was bad. Mw2 story was awesome Graves and Alejandro definitely were some outstanding characters. Good missions and story telling.

Played a lot of the original modern warfare wayy back. The OG will always be a timeless classic but this one is hardcore. Could be me being more mature, but this campaign really showed a lot of brutality and the reality of what war and modern skirmishes really look like.
