Thanks for filming this, was very interesting and nicely filmed. It says there are 23 comments, but none are showing, why? You tube seems to be a bit of a hit and miss experience lately.🙁
I'm assuming that 261 has a better bodyshell as it was almost totally stripped when it was at Barrow hill. 214 looks badly corroded so presumably that's why 261 is the better bet?
Thank you very much for sharing this inside view of the bogie exchange. Hugely interesting!
Thank you for your comment Peter so take care

Thank you so much Tom so take care
Its always impressive when you see a 120 ton locomotive being lifted 8 foot in the air. That bogie must weigh around 12-15 tons?.
awesome
Thank you for your kind comment

How much does that bogie weigh?
Bingo ! 08 443 Spotted in my last Combine 1981. The 37 escaped my eager eyes....... can I mark it in my book now ? 👀
hi there;great video. whats wrong with the bogies on 37261 ? the 08 is looking top of the pops as usual,
the wheels on 261s bogies maybe thin, wheels on 214s bogies maybe thicker.
👍🏽😜👍🏽
Its f🤬k🤬d.It’s ready for scrap yard.
Probably not the safest thing to do walking around under the loco.
