@@maxusknowledge I am sorry but you really made a mistake there. The break even point is not 4800 but 6800. You completely forgotten about the fix cost man. I am a student that has not even studied operation management and i still noticed your mistake. So for a revenue under 6800 the company is in loss (6800 is the break even point) and above 6800 the company will make a profit

Hi, pls go through the video in full to have a better understanding of this concept. The fixed cost is $2000, and then after that, there is variable cost . So, the break even point, can be below 6800 also.
