Anna has the same body type I have, or I have the same body type she has, except she’s a bit taller than me. Seeing her eating those donut holes with the strawberry milk has completely changed my perspective on junk food. She looks so pretty, even at her highest weight eating donuts on the couch. I wish I could be that beautiful, comfortable, and confident.

Anna has the same body type I have, or I have the same body type she has, except she’s a bit taller than me. Seeing her eating those donut holes with the strawberry milk has completely changed my perspective on junk food. She looks so pretty, even at her highest weight eating donuts on the couch. I wish I could be that beautiful, comfortable, and confident.
If Anna was that comfortable & confident with herself she wouldn’t have gone on Trim Spa (a dangerous drug) in order to be thin.
Seeing her ask for donuts right after the media & her cousin make a surprise visit reminds me of how I also regulate stressful emotions with food.
We can all learn to do better when we see more clearly from the outside perspective.
