Or even say if it is 1 lakh per sq. yd. which is not the case it would be 36 lakhs. Construction cost at 2500 per sft which is 41.25 lakhs for a new building. So the price after depreciation should be less than 35 lakhs. Total the maximum value for the flat without the furniture is between 70-80 lakhs which is in it self a greaaatttt deal for the seller. People should be out of their minds to either ask so much or buy for so much!

Too much cost. It's 7years vintage. If you give with furnished also high cost. If it is 5000 per sft reasonable.
