Any adoption apart from Cara is illegal in India. I know it because someone from my family has adopted recently and they had to wait 3 years for their chance. Adoption within the family apart from biological siblings are also not allowed
@@awesome5196 There was a parent who was a peon in a government establishment he already had 2 kids his wife was expecting her 3rd child which was unplanned my so called relatives were approached for adoption but when people from cara Said they will take over the baby and will handover the baby to the person who is in the waiting list. Direct adoption like this will be treated as sale and purchase of the baby even the person involved in this will be treated as offenders.
