Hi folks, picked up this transmission using WebSDR on 03.08.2023 . For hours nothing then a march started playing followed up by a speaking men and then the same march again. I found this channel three nights ago playing another song with a speaking voice and so I tried my luck again around the same time. Language should be russian. Any clue?
