Timeless. This collaboration is one of the best things I've ever heard. There should be an entire album with these two. So this song came up on my Spotify shuffle, and when I heard the lyrics, I cried my eyes out. I have been battling with depression for years now, and some parts of the song hit so hard. I have trouble asking for help, even when it's literally all I want to do. I feel like I am a really weak person in moments I need help. Blackbear had made the song on his own awhile ago but never released it. I’m guessing that there was never a good time to release and then teamed with Kane brown and switched it up a bit for a feature.
song was originally only blackbear. i guess they got teamed up by bears new label. andrew Goldstein and blackbear wrote the song, as shown in credits and in recent snippets. kane brown jumped on it and the lyrics only got changed very little. the meaning behind it is struggling with finding the right one and settling down, not just wanting to be a memory. wanna get high, don't know how to come down.. hope this answered ur question. i have another version of this song with only blackbear instead of kane brown.

My daughter's friend took his life over the weekend due to bullying at their school. The amount of times he must have thought about it and backed out leading up to when he done it, "I don't wanna die but I don't wanna live this way" really hits hard. "I'm by myself and why won't no one help?" hits hard too, his parents went to the school and they never took any action against the bullies. It's heavy on my heart.

Timeless. This collaboration is one of the best things I've ever heard. There should be an entire album with these two. I've never heard a song that made me feel different emotions (excited, happy, addiction trapped, and that feeling when you get your high), experience 3 types of different genres, and have an absolute understanding to the song. Blackbear had made the song on his own awhile ago but never released it. I’m guessing that there was never a good time to release and then teamed with Kane brown and switched it up a bit for a feature.
song was originally only blackbear. i guess they got teamed up by bears new label.
andrew Goldstein and blackbear wrote the song, as shown in credits and in recent snippets. kane brown jumped on it and the lyrics only got changed very little.
the meaning behind it is struggling with finding the right one and settling down, not just wanting to be a memory. wanna get high, don't know how to come down..

Running away is not the way there are people out there that dose love you and want to help you out don't let drugs or depression end your life we do love you.

My daughter's friend took his life over the weekend due to bullying at their school. The amount of times he must have thought about it and backed out leading up to when he done it, "I don't wanna die but I don't wanna live this way" really hits hard. "I'm by myself and why won't no one help?" hits hard too, his parents went to the school and they never took any action against the bullies. It's heavy on my heart.
