Love this video. Do you have a video example where you have hand sketched, then rendered in PS and then gone back on top once printed with pencils, markers, gel pens etc? Just wondering how much is too much to make it pop once it has ben rendered. Thank you.
Another inspirational, informative and incredible video as they all are :). My skills have improved so much since watching them, as much from your amazing teaching tips as from being so inspired to practise more and more! I'm sure you're you've been inundated with viewer requests, but if you ever got a chance I'd love to know how you might render tattooed skin. It never seems to looked quite right when I've tried it in the past, like the tattoo is just floating on top, not part of the body.
Zoe and Robin - thank you for sharing this video - this answered many questions I had about sketching with PS & AI. It's as if you know what we need and then you make a video to answer those questions. If there is such a thing as Zoe Hong University, I would like to apply for enrollment :)
You should also include similar videos for using gimp.org and inkscape.org which are opensource programs that run cross-platform. Many youtube videos on how to use features of those programs, but none for fashion design.
This is really helpful. But I’d still ask you as you’re a pro at illustrations, which software is better for illustrations, adobe illustrator or photoshop?
Awesome video… i tried the same steps. When it comes to final step of clearing the mess, i go to sketch -> select magic wand -> now select top -> delete-> instead of extra mess to be deleted my colored portion is getting deleted. Pls tell wat i am doing wrong

I won't teach anything the fashion industry doesn't use. The industry standard is Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and so that's what I teach.
