Hey great video man. I recommend getting some cheap overgrips they’re like $10 for 3 and putting it over the original grip so ur grip doesn’t turn brown!
You got yourself the best value paddle on the market 👍🏻 I have played many paddles.. And currently I'm back and forth between Friday (original, like yours) and the Joola Perseus (Ben Johns). Actually leaning more towards Friday. It is that good!
Best non beginner paddle! Great price point for intermediate players, especially if you're getting the gf/wife into it. If you don't want the handle getting dirty, put a pickleball/tennis overgrip on it (cheap, and you'll run through grips every few weeks)
the problem is there is nothing proprietary with this company. they are just slapping graphics on a Chinese template. they're not the only one, but one of the most marketed. also, i wouldn't recommend a beginner paddle like this unless price is absolutely a dealbreaker. if you end up playing pickleball regularly or intend to upgrade your game, you will outgrow a beginner paddle in weeks if not sooner
I haven’t seen any paddles of the same quality for the same price! They are currently 2 for $90 and some are even 2 for $70! For the quality and the price, you can’t go wrong!
Love this beginner perspective as a beginner my self! Just ordered a Friday paddle, and looking forward to testing it out.
Glad you enjoyed the video! The paddle will not disappoint!

Thanks so much! I’m definitely considering changing my grip😅

Thanks for letting us know how they compare to higher end paddles!

Couldn’t agree more! I will definitely look into different grips, thanks!

They are average at best. Lots of decent Amazon paddles now for under $50 that are carbon fiber and thermoformed with foam walls.

@ the Apex, Jojolemon, Garye and several others are solid
