Chief Bola ige Gbadegesin Part 1

Chief Bola Ige was killed by enemies within to jettison or extinguish the realization of Regional Autonomy referred to as Restructuring of the Nigerian State. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr stated that “Truth crushed to earth will rise again and that the arc of the universe bends toward justice” Those who make peaceful resolution impossible will make violent resolution possible - The strive for the pursuit of liberty, life and the pursuit of happiness are fundamental rights and not privileges granted by the state, they are inherent fundamental rights. It is therefore conclusive to state that those who oppose restructuring - regional autonomy notably from the North-west and North-east of Nigeria and a few elements from the south will make complete disintegration of Nigeria possible. It is just a matter of time and will come sooner than later.
Chief Bola Ige was killed to jettison the voice of reasoning, the cry and loud voice for restructuring, which he championed and was prepared to die for if necessarily - he resigned his position as Attorney General of Nigeria to contest for the Office of the President against former President Olusegun Obasanjo-Atiku led administration. He was going to make restructuring - Regional Autonomy- the nucleus of his campaign. Chief Bola Ige was raised in the North and spoke fluently, all major Nigerian Languages including Igbo, Yoruba, and Hausa.
Chief Bola Ige gave a 90 minutes speech in Atlanta about his intention to restructure Nigeria the right way through region autonomy. This is why the enemies of restructuring and of the Yoruba Nation killed him. However, his death shall not be in vain. He is crying from the grave and saying that the Yoruba Nation or restructuring into regional autonomy must be realized for peace to reign in Nigeria.
Dr. King in conclusion stated that peace is not the absence of conflict it is the presence of justice. Nigeria must rise and embrace, peace, justice, fairness, equity under the law, and freedom by demanding for nothing less than restructuring - regional autonomy and the abolishment of the fraudulent 1999 constitution now.
