The siren of the woods is a fatastic song, the female vocals are very close to the original and the guitar solo was great, i saw therion live at sweden rock festival at 2014, therion is a gread band in the studio and even better live, thanks for sharing.
@@walrusinanus 3 years later comment, but I agree. Similar breaking point for me, the niemanns plus karlsson leaving, also switching Mats and Snowy for Vikstrom was a complete downgrade. Still paying attention to their releases after that, hoping they return to a more interesting version of themselves, still not there.
Esta es la cancion de la banda que me engancho y definitavemente no es lo mismo escucharla sin la voz de Christofer, Vikstrom queda bien en las partes de Piort pero cuando canta las partes de Christ da penita... hace falta una voz gutural o mas ruda para esta cancion si no estaria conforme con que no la tocaran mas
Rosalía Sairem (straight hair) was featured on Leviathan, and has been part of the touring lineup since Linnea Vikstrom’s departure. The other singer with curly hair would be Isa Garcia Navas… she was touring soprano after Lori Lewis withdrew from touring and Sandra Laureano came and went. I vaguely recall Isa filling in for Chiara(the newest soprano) for a show or two… so I think that’s why she’s here!
Dear lord, better if Thomas Vikstrom only sings the songs where he was the original singer. he butchers anything from any other vocalist. Sounds like a very bad tribute band.

I stopped following the band after the Niemann brothers left. I can't stand this new guitarist and how he butchered this particular song.
