That's fantastic fishing man, and great that you could share it with your old man. I enjoy both the video and the commentary after the fact explaining and elaborating on things. Have you used the easy sonar before? Like the one that you attach to a line and toss out/hook it up to your phone.
I've used a deeper before which is pretty much the same thing. As far as casting a floating sonar out, I think it's just as effective to throw something that makes bottom contact to figure out what you're working with when you're bank fishing. Those are great for ice fishing though, and I've used one from a kayak as well.
Awesome fishing! How did you locate the school? Did you have an idea of where they'd be from previous trips or was there bird/bait activity that tipped you off?
We want to up our game a bit at Lake Anna and wanted to try the Alabama rig. Can you recommend one or two that you like? Thanks, and really great video although it stings a little. Our place is directly across from where you are fishing here and although we do get a a good few fish (usually on flukes), it's never been like that!! Well done.
Yum Flash Mob Jr is what we mostly use, Fishing Online carries them and it would help me out if you purchased from there! A-rigs are super effective for stripers and lake anna stripers are some of the more challenging ones to catch IMO, not nearly as hard to catch them in other lakes around the country where I've caught them.

@@nolanminor6761 Thanks....YES, LKA is a challenge!!
Where on the lake were you? We got skunked last week. Nice fishing!
This was all up from Stubbs bridge, but it was mid November. Think most of the fish are around the splits right now.
