How to get this character: go to a public sever or private, then at public sever its random spawn (don't know what time). the random orb or crystal will spawn and you need to touch it before someone do it. By the way you don't get this character by killing someone that using it. And i dont know if you can spawn it in private sever. Good luck..... (forgot to tell you that im going to spam this :P......)
