I used to work for a Russian family in Beijing. They are nice people, very considerate, very kind and soft spoken. The husband works as a labor attache in Beijing and extremely busy but he still had the time to drive me to the bus stop just to make sure I was going home safe. If she doesn't know what to do she should have consulted a lawyer. If not, 1. go to the police 2. File a case 3. The police will gather evidence ( it will take longer if they can't locate the person in question or they have other cases pending) then forward it to the prosecutor. 4 the prosecutor will determine whether there is sufficient ground to file a case to the court. 5 trial in the court. ( don't worry it's free) You tell me, how come when you are so impatient to get justice it's easier to blame the police. ? A lot of police and soldiers die so you could live in peace.

I used to work for a Russian family in Beijing. They are nice people, very considerate, very kind and soft spoken. The husband works as a labor attache in Beijing and extremely busy but he still had the time to drive me to the bus stop just to make sure I was going home safe.

@@mcrdoestoedward What kind of help does she want from the police? Tell me exactly. The police can't just arrest someone without proper procedure. This is what she should have done. If she doesn't know what to do she should have consulted a lawyer. If not, 1. go to the police 2. File a case 3. The police will gather evidence ( it will take longer if they can't locate the person in question or they have other cases pending) then forward it to the prosecutor. 4 the prosecutor will determine whether there is sufficient ground to file a case to the court. 5 trial in the court. ( don't worry it's free)
