I would def want my friend to tell me if my dad was doing this, and then I would go off on my dad. My dad is a recovered alcoholic and when he was drinking he just added literally anyone who was suggested to him on Facebook, including, somehow, women I had just met and become acquainted with. They told me and I called my dad and was like hey stop friending people you don’t know on Facebook, especially ones on my friends list…. He never did anything creepy, thank god

@@matchbox420. You also have to consider that this guy is still married to the mother, which shows some level of acceptance (or denial) of his creepy behavior on the mother's part. If the friend cut her dad off (and we don't know if she financially or emotionally is ready for that), then it may also affect her relationship with her mom. I hear where you're coming from and agree that the friend needs to limit contact with her dad, but these things are always more complicated than that and these ladies (assuming the friend is of similar age) are quite young.
