    Walking is like running for the ave person. We can’t all be Olympic athletes at 50.yrs old
    But we can all go for a walk. Yesterday I had a flight to catch. I live 8miles from the airport. I walked to the airport. I’m 57

      I walked 19 miles in 6 hours to Coney Island from my house near Yankee Stadium last month, a week before my 52nd birthday.

      I’m 60 and I walk 3hrs in the hot Texas sun.
      Although right now I’m in Los Angeles and riding my bicycle from San Francisco to San Diego

    But plenty of people work hard everyday and still get sick and die. So how???
