The baton has been passed from the failure that is Overwatch 2 to Diablo 4. This is their chance for redemption. As someone who hasn't played any other diablo games and only the D4 betas (also pre-ordered the game) I'm really hyped about this game and it better not disappoint. The betas were really good, its just a matter of time to tell how great this game will be.
I still remember being excited back in June 2000 waiting for Diablo 2 to launch and enjoyed it all summer before I started college in the fall that year. Feels like a different lifetime ago but now I feel 19 all over again....
This reminds me of the same kind of video game commercials that used to promise you how great the game was and never delivered on any of it. im terrified now i was actually looking forward to the game.
If only they had kept the tradition of releasing a physical edition, and letting you play offline or at least on your own without other players running around and enemies spawning in front of you... The gameplay itself is solid, but the live-service bull is just horrible
Why did the archer in the video run to the enemies? She has so bad aim that she can't hit the mark from distance more than 3m? Or did she forget that she is a range class and decided to go into the melee? Or maybe she took a level of barbarian? After such scenario I was expecting the wizard to beat his enemies with her staff.
Remember everyone, Bobby Kotick is still the boss, and he doesn't care about anything but money. Enjoy it while you can but it will become pay2win eventually.

Diablo 4 will go down as one of the greatest games ever created. Keep in mind that this is the long lost step child that should of been Diablo 3. And not only that... They listened and saw how popular the Diablo 2 art style is, if not the best, for a Diablo game. In essense Diablo 1 and 2 got it right with the mood/dark color pallete (which is the core of any good Diablo game. They got it RIGHT here with Diablo 4. I struggled with the bright pallete Diablo 3 (boring content) and is it was missing alot of the things D4/D2 does right. I even found the remastered more worth my time over D3. Basically, I'm not saying Diablo 3 was a bad game and it got some things right with fluid combat being probably the biggest plus. What D4 does is that it pulls all the goodness from D2 and then all the goodness (combat) from DIablo 3 and adds a pinch of open world. Just imagine what the first expansion will be like, Climbing the Mountains of Harrogoth or in a Crypt way below a Zakarum temple. D4 will take many hours from your life. :)
I dont care about any hatr ive been playing diablo all my life. Im hyped, i bought the ultimate bundle and i cant fck wait for D4, ( you can still play d2r aswell since they are very different.) Another thing.. This cinematic GOES HARD!!!

I'm really wondering why it hasn't been made into films or high budget tv series! the Last of Us has been turned into a very successful tv series. Diablo could be as big as GoT, probably even bigger!
Finally it's here! It was great working with you guys on this trailer. The second day in the knee deep mud was even more hellish then I can imagine the game is going to be. It turned out amazing, so cool to see how much it changed from very cool shots to amazing cgi greatness. Looking forward to the game
@@maxnovakovics2568 Camera trainee, most of the time helping out with anything I can for the camera team, sometimes doing higher level stuff. I have worked on a couple shows, movies and ads so far, but I was most interested in this as I have a few thousand hours across the diablo games.
I mean, I'm just saying, If you played the beta or server slam... The villagers in the beginning of the game actually were begging you to save them, almost like this one, then actually poisons you and feeds you Lilith's blood so you can be sacrificed. I'm just saying 🤣🤣

Compared to Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 this game has exceeded my expectations and actually was really enjoyable to play. It was hard where it needed to be hard and easy where it should be. Really excited to get lost in this one.
As someone who's dreamed of Live Action Starcraft and Diablo movies my whole life... please please PLEASE hire people to make them that know the material and will do it justice next time you dabble in it.......

Blizzard (Marketing Team): Just stick to the movies you're known for - live action isn't exactly your strong suit. But I guess the partly irrelevant marketing team these days needs some kind of justification....
Played both betas which were fun, but with only a level cap of 20 it is hard to say if the game will live up to the hype as the endgame is what's important. I hope it is good and not a waste of money. We shall see on the 2nd when many of us log in for early access.

If you ever plan on doing some TV-Series please, for the love of Lilith, let your inhouse CGI/FMV Team do it, the 3D rendered Cutscenes of either Diablo, WoW, Overwatch or whatever are brilliant and you would (hopefully) stay close to the Lore. Please no Live Adaption, this will never work.

This is very difficult to do, because the cost to pay for an amateur film crew is much cheaper than paying for a professional CGI team.
