I have been ding it since before it was called co washing. I use a light, silicone free conditioner. Nothing fancy. I do it every 3/4 days between weekly shampooing. Never had any hair issues at all. I don't do anything else. I cowash, apply my leave -in and oil, then my gel. I don't prepoo or deep condition in conjunction with cowashing. I don't do mineral oil, petrolatum, silicone, butters. I only use a mix of sunflower seed oil and castor oil 9:1 ratio. I use oil very sparingly, just to scrunch out the crunch.

Hello I have been natural for 2 months. What are some products that are good to keep my hair moisturized healthy and curly?

To keep your hair moisturized, starts on wash day. Use a moisturizing deep conditioner. Depending on your hair porosity, you can moisturize your hair using a more dense hair moisturizer or a light hair moisturizer. There are so many available and only trial and error will help you find what will work for you. I do offer one one on consultation where I can assist you with that process.
