You need to start buying best value silver and gold otherwise the bank account will always win. That Geiger gold gram you will never get your money back or at least for a very long time.

So 8x£24 at spot will be £192 and the bank has £234 was it? Yet how much did that 8oz of silver cost you £280 at £35 an oz? 1 gram of Geiger gold minimum £90 which is £2799 an oz average for gold? That's insane if you're trying to preserve your Wealth dude.

Don’t forget the 20% tax on UK silver so obviously pushes the price up.
This translates into the 2nd hand market rarely will you pick up silver in the UK at spot prices.
