Been there a few times, this is all completely genuine. The owner is great, good vibes and really knowledgeable, clearly loves what he's doing and is very good at it. Can't recommend enough! Only problem is it can be a pain to park when it's busy :p
Top shack, I often pop in during the week as less busy than say Saturday. I have also now got 17 sets of darts. Seems I’m also a collector of tungsten thanks to Brian. The only place I get my kit from. I’ll be back soon when my sciatica clears up. 10/10

Use to be a massive shop bk in the 79 80s and onwards. Called Gerrys . Got my first original john lowe and Bristow darts from there when first released. So people your lucky if you play darts like me for years . And a place so nice as this to go to 🎉
Been the darts shack multiple times. Never had a bad experience. Had to once drag a mate out of there, he wanted to buy everything (not within their budget).
Can confirm what the others are saying. Two recent purchases of around £100 each. Yes I tried a few sets out, but advice was very limited and when I asked for the weight of a dart I threw, he refused to tell me so I couldn't 'buy them online' as if I hadn't spent a penny there before. Great store, great selection, but customer service needs working on. Its like he is sick and tired of the same questions I assume he gets from beginners, but we're just that a lot of the time and know no better. When you go, just be patient with the guy, have an idea of what you want and you'll be fine 👍
I thought the shop was very good,but I was expecting some better advice but I was just left alone and passed 3 sets of darts that I didn’t fancy,but it seemed like he wanted me gone,as he was busy on his laptop, I did mention what sort of dart I wanted but he didn’t seem keen to show me many,but I thought the shop had everything you would want,but make sure you look for what you want yourself.
It’s a good shop with lots of darts but my experience in the shack hasn’t been great, the guy isn’t welcoming unless you’re spending lots of money, I’ve felt uncomfortable in there a couple times seeing how he’s treated some customers
I previously posted about our experience a few years ago. I'm going all "harsh Andy" on this one. It went l something like this... We visited the Darts Shack a few years ago and found the experience very disappointing. The staff were totally unhelpful and uninterested. Just wanting a quick sale and get out. Everything was negative. I think we scored it 1/10 and vowed never to return. Let's hope they've stepped up on the customer experience.
Visited this place. Not a great experience. Found the staff quite impatient, which led to me rushing my visit after a lengthy journey. DartsGB in Enfield or St Helens Dart Shop much better and friendlier experiences for me.
