what I have learnt that foreign students studying in Russian countries are not allowed to sit in Licence exam even after completing "MD" degree, the so-called equivalent to MBBS degree...
From where you have collected this information..as per my knowledge many indians are over there who settled in Russia as an doctor. Anyway plz share ur source of Information.
without any doubt Bangladesh ,Nepal, China is Valid as per NMC rule. Bangladesh gives registration and liscnese to practice subject to work visa like most of other countries.

Yes valid as per rule but course duration 5+2 yr in Egypt, In egypt you will be allowed for licensing exam after completing 2 year of Internship. One year of Internship in Egypt do not follow NMC rule. So total 7yr in Egypt and 1 yr in India which comes 8 yr total, So you will get 2 attempts to apply of NEXT Exam.
