But so is David and Jr, they were shaped and molded at a young age and forged through fire, reference to that old school discipline again. Those long runs are the best, just take off and clear your mind but can also sharpen it, decompress. And thats why DB can go 15 rds easy and still at a top pace, let alone 12. Jose Sr, referring to embracing Cain and adversity in life and learning from it for growth, the hard tjmes. These guys are great, and SJ thanks for doing that work in S.A. and for a solid video inside the Benavidez Camp.
