    In draft tube KE gets reduced, instead of this if oone more Fransis turbine is attached to it of course other things need to be taken care of, will it work?

    But in last if we increases the area of draft tube then how pressure increases ?

      Using continuity equation, we can say that, when area increases velocity decreases and thus kinetic energy also decreases. Decrease in kinetic energy causes increase in pressure energy which is required by the fluid to be taken to the delivery.
