To stay in Germany and no matter if you are born in Germany or a foreigner you have to register in the place of residence and without this registration you are not allowed to work. A foreigner also gets an identity card with photo which they need to show if need to be.
What is wrong with creating a British Court of Human Rights (BCHT) which sits above the echr? And if there is a disagreement, the BCHR takes primacy. Then we do not need to leave the echr (that should satisfy the wets).
