I love this song, but it always reminds me of a little girl, a daughter of some friends of mine, who passed away at age 2, due to heart problem complications. Thy Will was one of the songs in her memorial service slideshow.
Coming up on 3 years without her...miss her daily and I'm not even related to her family.

No Name I just saw your comment from over 6 months ago. Yet, I know it is never too late to give encouragement. Even as a young person I recognize that life without God is so empty and has no meaningful purpose. I did not grow up in a Christian family from my birth. It wasn't until middle school that I accepted Christ into my life. Receiving Jesus Christ into my life has granted me and my family the peace and happiness that we never would have felt if we wouldn't have taken that step of faith. Don't give up. Life is hard. I've been rejected and teased for my faith. Yet, those things don't matter to me. I have a reason to keep on going. That is to one day stand in the presence of God and spend eternity with him. No name, please do not give up... Sometimes it seem like giving up will make things better, but it is not. I keep on going because my life has not been better than what it is now in all of my life. Accepting Christ was the best thing that happened to me. I cannot imagine ever going back to what life was before. My heart is crying out for you! I hope God fills you with peace and understanding. I cannot guess what personal things you may be going through, but God knows them all and is there for you. Surrender everything to Him... Read His word and pray... Talk to God and empty out your heart.

I love this song in general because of how much I can relate to its message, and I love your cover of it (including the blue jay's call at the beginning). I've listened to only a few covers of this song, but yours definitely is my favorite so far. The words remind me of Job's experience.
