Hello Please I a question. While writing your SOP, is it compulsory to include a professor's work? This is specifically, for programs in social science and business, since our application is based on the department admission team rather than a professor. Also, I was advised that PhD is about research that's why it's needed but I would rather put in the course and unique activities which are done in the department as you mentioned. Am asking due to the limited word count given.
