You know, it's actually kind of refreshing to see Harley in her classic outfit.
I love how Barbara automatically takes the team leader slot over Tim. Like she's mentoring him. It's cute. People underestimate how good Barbara is. She was trained by Batman, and fought alongside Dick Grayson. Tim came along much later. And while Tim might better her in hand-to-hand, in this case she's older and has more experience as a leader. All the Robins (and Batgirls) have pros and cons in different areas. Not one of them is better than the others. They make up a team. It's fun to debate who would beat who sometimes, but don't forget they are teammates.
Not sure as to how skilled Barbara is in hand-to-hand but I hear that Tim is one of the weakest members of the Bat Family when it comes to that area. My guess is that Barbara was pretty formidable during the Pre52 years. She even continued to perfect her martial arts(do not remember who taught her) after becoming Oracle so that she could be more than capable of defending herself despite being paralyzed(can only imagine how good she would have been at that point had she regained the ability to use her legs). As far as New52 Barbara goes, she is not as skilled as her Pre52 counterpart(at least it does not look that way). A website called Superhero Database ranks the character as having a 90 in fighting skill(Nightwing and Batman are both a 100) which makes me wonder who gave her that listing as I did not think she was THAT good a fighter.

I like this interpretation of Harley, where's she's just so blindly head over heels for Joker. He uses her as a freaking launchpad and leaves her to be arrested and she still protects him and yells for him to run. Man, Joker fucked her up in this world.

Not to nitpick on how police operate in the comic book world, but if the joker has a gun pointed at someone (Robin, not Harley) and fires it, whether he hits the target or not, those cops would be authorized to use deadly force and could have just opened up on him. The joker would have been dead right there and it would have been justified, no wonder the cops need Batman to stop criminals for them all the time.

On the plus side she is rendered with a very nice, rain slick ass. Really good work on the graphics. They do throw in some butt shots of Batgirl but not as much due to the cape.

I think its robin #3 in this story line, i dont know about Grayson. In the main game, it doesnt seem barbara in anyway like the one in the other story lines, so they might have made it so Tim might be a replacement as far as i can see.
