One of Tohou's main forte is the fluffy and colorful dresses of the characters. Tohou and nudity just don't mix :P
I agree. Touhou is probably the most least sexual Japanese games I've ever seen. I like the fact that most of the characters ZUN draws have no breast, especially the older games. It's purely story, gameplay, and character interaction. Nothing else.

This is one of the few Touhou Anime videos that I kinda loathe. Nobody acts like themselves, everybody looks like they stepped out of a early 2000s anime, and the naked scenes feel _especially_ forced.
Like, it doesn't have to be perfect or anything, but I should at least feel the passion behind this video. Unlike Memories of Phantasm or Summer Day's Dream, this one doesn't feel like a story that someone needed told, it doesn't feel like a labor of love, y'know?

This has aged poorly in the hindsight of Marisa teaming up with Koishi in AoCF. She basically dumped Alice and Patchy in favor of the funny youkai girl.
I have to say, Flandre would've been better to use in this video instead of Koishi.

This PV is the big reason why I hate the triangle love between Marisa, Alice, and Patchouli. All those ridiculous fandoms leads to the creation of this PV. Sexual desire, explicit yuri, meaningless nudity, you name it. And these stuffs doesn't suit this kind of full-fledged Touhou animation AT ALL.

I ship Marisa X Alice, but aside from their ONE good album (Immoral Sisters - Damaged Wings Dyed in Scarlet), I hate Innocent Key for being the cause of just about all the canon-rape that goes on in the fandom.

Well Marisa is the biggest ladies lady in Gensokyou! XD She gets with everyone!
Animation quality-wise...this was disappointing. It might have been more entertaining if they cut some of the portions short (namely when there was little to no movement or repeated animation), cut the totally unnecessary H-scenes (I saw the uncensored version), and at LEAST added a bit of variety with things like Alice's dolls (or even the smoke clearing away from the lasers, this isn't 1998 anymore). On the bright side, at least they designed an alternative Koishi. I can appreciate that.
Despite being animated by small group of persons with literally no budget.

I really hate art being censored though, even if it contains nudity. It's just wrong, and there is nothing wrong with nudity, but maybe it's because I am as liberal as Stalin's backyard if that made any sense. Personally, I am not offended by nudity, because that's how humans look like without our flashy clothing. I can understand racial slurs from being censored (i.e. Huckleberry Finn) but nudity shouldn't be censored but left as it is. I mean come on, they weren't even having sex or anything.

Also, go for the whole package. The entire CD thing is quite nice. Some epic music and professional voice acting clips that go with the animation.
