Try some meditations for astral projection
don't use any electronic devices for 2 hours before attempting it because they keep ur brain going while you want to slow it down. taking some relaxing & calming herbal tea before attempting it may also help u get relaxed. take deep breaths through your diaphragm as it allows you to get more oxygen in your body & it triggers the relaxation response. progressive muscle exercise is also good for preparing your body to fully relax.
i once almost did it accidentally when i was high but got scared that i'd get a sleep paralysis so i stopped haha. u just gotta reach that absolute point of bodily relaxation while maintaining your awareness, some guided meditations for astral projection are really good u should check around and try finding the best ones! playing some meditation music like this also might help, my fav channels are Meditative Mind and LOKOSMOTIVOS Meditation Music

I'm curious why this is called 963 Hz? When I run it through a spectrum analyzer most of the tone resides around 58 Hz. I'm not trying to be a jerk but am genuinely curious. Beautiful music but where does that frequency come into play?
I investigated this and found the 963 Hz tone is there, but very subtle. Play a sine wave from 960-965Hz and you will hear the resonance as you hit 963 hz. There may be other frequencies beside the LF drone layered in too.
