It is opened from morning 7 till afternoon and again in the evening it re opens around 6:30 -9:30pm, there’s currently maintenance construction being done which is why the timings differ little bit here and there. And to learn kriya yoga you can go to yogoda satsang society online website , fill the form for learning and sign the non disclosure agreement etc and then they will send you full study materials at your address that’s needed for initiation 🙏🏻
