Train negs on 2 #4s now both in the 205-220 rgc region and I can bring the mighty ghp8 beyond parallel on best attempts no set. :) so if work hard all is possible. I want to crush that 4 tns style
I do have the full line of the original 1=4 grippers with the wall shield that only holds the 4 + the trainer... I truly cannot fathom how someone can possess the strength to close a number 4. That thing only collects dust in my house while having only been squeezed about a half inch. I would think if I could someone close it fully in my hand, the outward pressure would blow my fingers apart and across the room.
This is the only video of a record attempt where the gripper is opened in front of the camera. Great! In the videos of Jessy and Clay Edgin there is no unopened gripper. I don't know why Ironmind accept those attempts.
@@yaykruser yep I think ironmind no longer accepts attempts that arent from a freshly opened package and you need a referee present. Quite a few tampered gripper guys popped up but won't close a new one on camera that came out of package. I try to always do unboxing videos for my top grippers. And nice these new Coc#4s. are my longterm goal to conquer and I can bring them pretty much parallel sometimes with hands wide spread and then force negative and I finally hit a new level and I can tns my rgc 179 ghp 8 beyond parallel both hands on my best attempts.🤠💪💪 So I'm getting there. Anyone working on crushing these new coc#3s #3.5s and #4s and ghp8- ghp9 etc. These are absolute monsters to crush. Ghp8s now hit rgcs of 170-185 and coc4s hitting rgcs of 205-240 plus now. Wow! One day hope to crush a ghp10 god willing. Seen grip mania test one hit rgc 295lbs😱😱 I wonder what the strength was for this coc4 used.? Again amazing power and hold Juha!! How long have you been training with grippers that coc4 hold was insane! Lets get stronger in 2022!

It just proves that you are holding it shut all the way
shows that the gripper is fully closed.
Barely loosening your grip will drop that plate. So you have a true start and stop time
